Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

• Tracked + Insured Shipping: 3–5 business days —  $4.95

• Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days — $9.99

Delivery estimates begin after the 1–2 business day processing window, not at order placement.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's portal using your tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@orvali.store and we will investigate it for you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Contact us immediately at contact@orvali.store if you spot an error — we can only make changes before the order is processed.
